What can you do if you accidentally delete some pictures from your hard drive for example? Or say you had some important documents on your USB stick and you accidentally deleted them. What can do you? The answer is simple: you can go get Reincubate Recover Files and use it to bring back the images or the documents you accidentally deleted.

You need two things to be able to run Reincubate Recover Files. You need a 32 or 64-bit version of Microsoft’s Windows operating system, anything from Windows XP up to Windows 8. And you also need Microsoft’s .NET Framework. Please note that during the installation process the setup wizard will invite you to install an additional piece of software on your PC: the Mobogenie tool to manage your Android from your PC.

The dropdown menu in the upper left hand corner of the application’s interface allows you to choose the drive or storage device that will be scanned. The dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner allows you to specify what types of files will be included in the scan: all files, pictures, audio files, documents, videos, compressed files, emails. And the Scan button located next to this dropdown menu allows you to initiate the scan process.

All the recoverable files uncovered by the scan will be presented as a list in the panel to the left on the interface. Select a file and more info about it will be presented in the panel to the right on the interface. Check the files you want, click the Recover button, and you will be able to recover them to the location of your choosing. Please note that the free version of Reincubate Recover Files will have you wait a few seconds before initiating the data recovery process.

Reincubate Recover Files works with NTFS, FAT32, or FAT16 formatted drives. It also works with portable storage devices.

Select a drive or storage device, run a scan, and Reincubate Recover Files will detect recoverable files. You can then check the files you want to be undeleted and the application will quickly bring them back.

Pros

There is nothing complicated about installing Reincubate Recover Files on a PC powered by Microsoft’s Windows operating system. The interface is easy to understand and easy to use. Reincubate Recover Files works with NTFS, FAT32, or FAT16 formatted drives. Portable storage devices are supported as well. You can scan for a particular type of file.

Cons

The free version will wait a few seconds before initiating the data recovery process.
